Pro is $89/mo - or $49/mo billed annually - and includes 2 users. Each additional user is $25/mo ($20/mo on annual), so a 4-person annual crew is $89/mo and a 6-person annual crew is $129/mo. Still less per seat than most field-service tools charge for a single user.
This is founding-member launch pricing. Accounts created now keep these rates for the life of the subscription — when list prices rise as the product grows, yours won't.
Plus is a single-user license with the full solo toolkit: Larry blueprint reading, floor-plan takeoffs, OCR expense capture, purchase orders, equipment tracking, and two-way QuickBooks sync. Pro unlocks the team layer (dispatch, scheduling, encrypted messaging, roles and permissions, inventory, and the supplier marketplace) and lets you add seats.
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of Larry AI quotes. If you go beyond it, additional usage is billed by the quote at cost; the running balance is shown in your account and applied automatically. You're never cut off mid-job.
No card is needed for the Free plan. Plus starts with a 14-day free trial with full feature access - you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime. Pro and Max are billed on sign-up and can also be cancelled anytime.
Upgrade, downgrade, or add seats anytime; changes prorate to your cycle. Annual billing saves up to 45%: Plus drops from $39 to $29/mo and Pro from $89 to $49/mo (extra seats from $25 to $20/mo).
